Castle Hill Library
Castle Hill Library is a large, square brick building with narrow, rectangular windows, near the Bruckner Ezpressway and surrounded by concrete and asphalt. It's located north of the Bronx River and the waterfront.
A few humans are passing by the front doors. For the most part, it's quiet here.

Snatches-Food will walk in, idly watching for attractive staff or passersby, take out her new cell phones, and get to a computer to start this hacking thing.
[Assuming Intelligence+Jack of All Trades at standard difficulty, she does not fail, surprisingly.]

[Should've caught this before, but Jack Of All Trades is actually banned for Lupus characters. Get those 3 freebies back, spend them where you like.]
[I'll let you use Wits + Occult vs 9 to muddle your way through the Weaver-Madness that these machines work on.]

[Nicely done.]
Snatches-Food operates the library public computer with startling ease, gaining access and intuiting her way across the Weaver's manic domain. Though lacking in training, her natural cunning and knowledge of spirit-ways - of Weaver-ways in this case - are more than enough, although some of the library patrons give her odd looks. However they normally use a computer, this apparently isn't it.
The Net-Spiders carry her requests for information across the Digital Web.

Re: Castle Hill Library
Snatches-Food queries the Net-Spiders about the leeches' hunting grounds, other members of their coven, and the leeches credit card information. She's not quite sure how so much money fits in those little plastic cards, but it's in there somewhere and she'll be damned if she'll let some piece of Weaver-tech get in the way of honoring O' Mighty Dolla'!

[Three pieces of information for three successes? Done.]
In the call logs, there are four mobile numbers that come up frequently - all prepaid cell phones, probably the other members of the coterie. There's a fifth mobile number that's only come up recently, but in the last few days has been called to and from a lot. Apparently, there are six of them - five, and a new member, or perhaps some kind of deal broker.
The leech made a number of calls to a landline, and the number can be traced easily to a nightclub called Hellhound. This may - or may not - be his preferred hunting ground, though he seems to call there a lot. The club is not any of the ones the Snatches-Food went to - this one is in Queens.
His credit card is pre-paid, like his phone. It carries a little over five hundred dollars at the moment.

Excellent. She thanks the Net-Spiders, ignores the strange looks from the other library patrons (after all, she's sure she get's those kinds of looks a lot, and those looks are quite enjoyable.) and will head back to the safehouse. While carrying your fortunes around on a delicate rectangle that could be wiped out at the slightest whim of a Weaver-spirit is quite clearly a horrible idea, she must admit that it does weigh a bit less.
